Q-Tip working the sound board with Aaron LaCrate

On 6.20.07 YOYO NYC returned for their third installment at Love.  Despite a much smaller crowd than the last event its damn near impossible not to have a good time when you have one of the finest rappers ever in charge of spinning music.  (DJ) Q-Tip did his thing for over two hours, starting with some classic soul jams moving into some late 80’s/early 90’s hip-hop, even improvising over beats at times.  Its no secret that he can rhyme but many forget about his impressive production resume over the past decade, starting with ‘One Love’ for Illmatic.
