I would get to the door an hour before the show starts and also be well dressed. They are probably going to be a dick at the door. I know they wanted to make this an exclusive event for certain companies, but due to the Internet that’s not happening. Good luck to get in. I’ll be there in a New York State of Mind.

  7. kallywood :

    this is a 21 and over event..FUCK!

  8. Anonymous :

yes any event sponsored by an alcohol company is always 21 and over. sucks

Last night, woah last night. Open bar, hot music, hot chicks, straight hotness. Once you pushed your way into the club it was all about getting bent and listening to some good music. Buckshot was the first to perform- glad to see that he is healthy again. Next was Spank Rock and Amanda Blank with Devlin & Darko on the 1’s and 2’s. Spank looks like Pharell so much, I was really confused while Amanda looks like a hot Amy Winehouse; which doesn’t take much. Dj Quick rolled out said something. Then NERD came on and did a cool/long set. Dizee Rascal spit 1 verse durring their set. Pharrel wanted to start something with a fan, but the fan pussied out and didn’t go towards the stage. Next up Green Lantern Dj’ng for the one and only NaS. NaS was sick like always. Very political, just wished his set would have been longer due to the fact NERD was on forever and took over his time. Other notes: Sway from MTV and Punchline from eMC were the hosts of the night. Great night!

^^I agree, although the line sucked when the buses showed up and the line grew like 50 feet wide. also dude BROKEN LANGUAGE haha!!!!! Yes free amazing music and free mediocre drinks, doesn’t get any better. check my Youtube, vids will be up of all performances later today.

The line did end up getting fatter and fatter. Yeah forgot about broken language- i used to love that jam. Also, Kelis getting up on stage singing in place of Lauryn Hill. I guess her and NaS are not broken up. She’s dope. And i do want to see her sex tape when that shit hits the internet.

  12. marlonbando :

did anyone who was like halfway down the block get in? i gave up at like 940 when the line only moved once

  13. teflondon :

that line was nuts but it was well worth it when you got inside. NERDs set was great and way better than when i saw them at GITD. i guess cause it was a smaller venue it fit their style more with mini mosh pits and what not. nas performance was good for the length of time that it was. i just wish it went longer. i guess someone arrived late which caused the event to run long. those 2 djs that spun for a hour were so terrible. they made me wanna go home but staying was well worth it.

  14. mike :

they should have given dizzee a full set… how are you gonna advertise him and then give him a verse on a n.e.r.d. song? wtf? oh well, at least i got drunk.
