A lot of you may not yet be familiar with Flying Lotus, some real chill-out type production from Cali.  This guy has big things ahead of him; his 2006 album 1983 was real good so I’m looking forward to what’s new from him.  Flying Lotus will be at the Cake Shop 07.17.07 for only $6.  If you can’t make that, he will be in Brooklyn 07.21.07 at Luna Lounge with Ghost’s Ive Met, a group composed of former members of Modest Mouse and the greatest, Cat Power.
