‘Donuts Are Forever 3′ is the official Saturday night tribute to Dilla. On Friday, 02.06.09, Deity in Brooklyn hosts the official female tribute to him as they present ‘Ladies Love Dillla.’ The musical tribute and Lupus awareness fundraiser will also feature a solid bill with a variety of emcees, DJs, and performers. DJs Chela, Jasmine Solano, Brina Payne, ILL P, Mirandom & Tara spin on both levels while special guest emcees Bless Roxwell & Jean Grae will grab the mic. Also, Revive Da Live fam will bring in a live band in dedication of J. Dilla tribute by featuring Nikki Glaspie (Sugamamas) on drums.
